This year Hop Havoc donated 11 different varieties of hops for our raffle and I pulled out one of each so we could do another single hop project. At our July 10 meeting (Cooper River Brewing Company) hops will be available for the first 11 members (1 per person) for you to brew a single hop beer. First come, first serve for the free hops but feel free to brew using your favorite hop! We will bring our beers to the October meeting for tasting and comparison. The recipe and procedure for the hop additions can be found below. Cheers!

This beer turned out great. It absolutely has a burton-like sharpness to the final product. I thought it was wonderfully complementary to the subtle malt flavors. PSBO 1st place in British Beer!

Greetings LCL Members! We are planning on doing a club project brew for the November 2022 meeting. If you were around back when we did the Single Hop Project beers, this will be similar except we are going to vary the yeast instead of the hops used. Bob Heck has been kind enough to donate his Kentucky Common recipe for this brew.
