This year Hop Havoc donated 11 different varieties of hops for our raffle and I pulled out one of each so we could do another single hop project. At our July 10 meeting (Cooper River Brewing Company) hops will be available for the first 11 members (1 per person) for you to brew a single hop beer. First come, first serve for the free hops but feel free to brew using your favorite hop! We will bring our beers to the October meeting for tasting and comparison.
