Here's the basic recipe for 5.5 gallons in the fermenter:
Grain:
- 11 lbs pale
- 0.5 lbs Crystal 20 (20L)
- 0.5 lbs Munich (10L)
- 1.0 lb cane sugar
Hops:
- 0.5 ounces Columbus hops 16.1% @ 60 minutes
- 1 ounce of chosen hops @ 15 minutes
- 1 ounce of chosen hops @ 5 minutes
- 1 ounce of chosen hops at flameout
- 1 ounce of chosen hops for dry hop for 4-7 days
Yeast:
- US-05, WLP001, WY1056
