A few people asked me to post this recipe at the January Meeting
7 lbs MO
3 lbs Aromatic
1 lb Victory
1 lb flaked pats (toasted at 325 F 30 min)
8oz Chocolate Malt
6 oz Lactose (added during last 5 min of boil)
Simple infusion mash at 154 for 60 minutes
Boil 60 min
0.65 oz Nugget 60 min
0.35 oz Nugget whirlpool
Ferment at 66-68 with WLP004 Irish Ale for 7-10 days
Add 21 oz toasted unsweetened coconut in secondary for 7 days
Cold crash then keg
